I don%26#039;t mean little kids that you make on the %26quot;Create Family%26quot; option. I mean the ones that when you kiss and someone asks if you want to have a baby, and then a newborn baby pops out in an explosion of flowers.

yes u can, u just have to keep making them kiss over and over
